Erika Landry
Partner - Project Director

A member of the NFOE team since 2010, Erika Landry is a partner and project director who has built her practice through complex, large-scale research projects. Her structuring leadership and rigour make her a central figure in this specialty at NFOE. She holds a master's degree in architecture from the Université de Montréal (2012), a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (2022), and a LEED AP BD+C credential (2025).

Committed to architectural longevity, she works across every aspect of practice, from initial programming and design to on-site execution, always striving to deliver a product that truly meets client needs. Her portfolio includes the CHUM Research Centre, several research laboratories for INRS and the NRC, the functional program for the HMR Research Centre, and the Research Centre for the new CHUQ hospital complex. She currently contributes to the design of the research laboratories for the Courtois Institute, part of the expansion of the Université de Montréal's Complexe des sciences, and is beginning the design of the laboratories for the Robert-Sauvé Occupational Health and Safety Research Institute.

  • Moderna – New facility for the commercial production of mRNA vaccines
  • CIUSSS de l'Est-de-l'Île-de-Montréal – Maisonneuve-Rosemont Hospital – Clinical plan, functional program, and the first two chapters of the opportunity file – Modernization project for care, health, teaching, and research facilities at HMR, in consortium with CIM-Conseil and JLP
  • SQI, CHUQ – New Hospital Complex on the Hôpital de l'Enfant-Jésus site, in consortium with Le Groupe AES
