Development of two production lines

This project involved developing inside an existing factory, a new ultra-modern pharmaceutical production suite for the manufacture of a drug, developed by an international famous Quebec researcher. Prefabricated clean rooms are being integrated into a new floor area with cutting-edge production equipment. The client intended to develop a prototype for subsequent larger-scale drug production. This situation made this project very challenging, requiring extremely rapid project execution, team synergy, and tight interdisciplinary coordination facilitated by deploying the BIM approach to design.
