Victor Marques earned his Bachelor's degree in Architecture from the University of Montreal in 1993 and a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) from the École des Hautes Études Commerciales (HEC) in 2000. He joined NFOE in 2001 as the head of operations management. He became a partner in the firm in 2016. With extensive industry experience, Mr. Marques currently holds the position of Principal Parner and Chief Operations Officer.
