Partner - Project Director

A partner and project director at NFOE, Vanessa Godin specializes in complex institutional projects, with particularly strong expertise in the healthcare, college, and university sectors. She is known for her rigour and for the close relationships she builds with her clients, whatever the type or scale of the project. Holder of a master's degree in architecture from the Université de Montréal (2003), a PMP-certified and LEED AP BD+C accredited professional, she has led projects since 2005 and joined NFOE in 2014.

She has directed several major projects at the firm, including the programming and preliminary design for the renovation of McGill University's Stewart Biology Building (a complete overhaul of more than 25,500 m²), the redevelopment of McGill University's Faculty of Psychology, the expansion of the NÉOMED Institute, the renovation and expansion program for Polytechnique Montréal, the Mont-Tremblant municipal sports complex, and the redevelopment of the nuclear medicine department at Maisonneuve-Rosemont Hospital. She currently leads the construction of a technology institute at Cégep de Granby and the rehabilitation and expansion of Champlain College, while also contributing to oversight of the new research pavilion for UQTR.
