With over 19 years of experience, Roxane Fortier is a partner and project manager at NFOE. She holds a master's degree in architecture from Université de Montréal (2010) and stands out for her ability to bring teams together and turn complex requirements into functional, sustainable solutions. Her expertise spans the full process, from defining needs through to implementation on site.

Over the course of her career, she has led numerous complex projects in university, scientific, industrial and pharmaceutical settings. Notably, she directed the renovation of the chemistry department laboratories at McGill University, along with many other laboratory modernization mandates. For the Polytechnique Montréal consortium project, she contributed to the functional and technical program (FTP) and has led the design of all laboratories, from the earliest phases, for both the expansion of the J.-Armand-Bombardier building and the renovation of the main pavilion, construction of which began in 2026.

In the industrial sector, she oversees major projects such as Northvolt's DS1 plant and several buildings for General Dynamics. Her experience also includes numerous fit-out projects for laboratories, administrative spaces and production facilities for organizations such as Bausch Health, Pfizer, Haleon, Servier Canada and Agropur. Known for her rigour and her ability to bring people together, she leads large-scale projects that reconcile technical excellence with user needs.
