Marie-Eve Cyr earned her bachelor's degree in architecture from the Université Laval in 2005 and a master's degree in architecture from the same institution in 2007. She joined NFOE in 2021 and was named a partner of the firm in 2026. A project manager since 2013 and a member of the Ordre des architectes du Québec, she has more than 19 years of experience focused on institutional projects, particularly in the healthcare, education, pharmaceutical, and research sectors.
Meticulous, an excellent communicator, and skilled at documenting her projects, Marie-Eve takes part in every project phase, from programming through to construction monitoring. She serves as project manager for the SQI's new hospital complex on the Hôpital de l'Enfant-Jésus site, delivered through a consortium. Her portfolio also includes the expansion of Pharmascience's sterile facility in Candiac, the CIEL agrosciences and agritechnology innovation complex, the St-Pie-X elementary school, and the functional and technical program for the Centre national de primatologie at the Université Laval.
