Geneviève Marsan has been a Principal Partner at NFOE since 2016. Throughout her career, she has specialized in projects in the institutional education sector, such as university and college pavilions, as well as elementary and secondary schools. Her ability to manage large and complex projects has been demonstrated through her significant contribution to three university centres dedicated to teaching and research, as well as a pharmaceutical complex.
She has excellent teamwork skills and ensures full engagement of stakeholders united by a common vision. She quickly grasps key issues and the critical path of a project, maintaining rigorous control over deliverables and costs at every stage.
