Marguerite-De Lajemmerais school

The project consists of adding a transitional primary school with 24 classrooms on the same site as the secondary school of the same name, comprising 6,110 square meters over three floors. The project is on a sensible site, the Bois des Pères Park, whose wooded area is part of an ecological corridor. To preserve the green space to the maximum extent and avoid opposition from neighbors, the implementation was designed in accordance with municipal regulations to avoid any requests for exemptions subject to citizen disputes. At the heart of the project is a gathering space with stepped seating that allows for an open auditorium-style use and provides access to the floors.
